  Ashely, one of the managers, is absolutely wonderful. I was having a hard time finding a dress, and right when I was about to give up she showed me a really pretty dress, that as it turns out I had already taken a screen shot of, and just didn't see it to try it on. When I got home I thought about my purchase and wished that I had gotten the other color (I bought it in pink, but really wanted it in grey but they didn't have it at that location). I called a different location and they told me I would be unable to exchange it because "special occasion" dresses are final sale. I called Ashley at the Briarwood location just to double check that they didn't have it in grey, I told her they had it at another location but that I called them and they told me I wouldn't be able to exchange it. That's all it took and Ashley said "let me call them and talk to them" so she did, and then she called me back and told me that the other location would hold the dress for me and that I could go exchange it. Dream come true! So thank you Ashely! You are awesome!
