Michael worked with me as long as it took, walking me through every step, and then eventually we realized it would be easier for me to just open a new account in my name! He never once complained! Truly phenomenal customer service. I left with a new, much cheaper cell phone plan, still unlimited; he got me set up with international roaming for free for my upcoming trip to Africa; and he got me into a new silver iPhone X!! He was the best.
