  I have 3 beds, a King and 2 Queens. The beds were great for a few years and now I need service and CAN'T get any service I have called the service center and each time I go though the instructions only to be told no one can help me and instructing me to call back another time. I logged in to do live chat and waited about 45 minutes with no response. I simply want a service call to check and fix problems on 3 beds. I got lots of great promises of prompt service and great warranty when I purchased the beds but that simply isn't true. Now I called a local sales outlet and they put in a request for a return call and I should hear from them in 72 hours I was told.
