  I would consider myself a makeup enthusiast. I'm not great at it & don't wear it everyday but I like to dabble every now & then. I go in to this Sephora like once a month, sometimes twice. I am always greeted but the buck stops there. Usually the service is lackluster. The one time I had good (not great) service was with a woman with salt & pepper hair for skincare products -- she was clearly much more professional than the rest of the young girls that work there. Last week I went in to find a bronzer, asked for assistance...this girl...showed me 3 different bronzers...didn't offer to help me try it on..didn't explain how to use it or if I needed help with it..just kept saying how much SHE "loved" them. Like we are 2 different skin tones...what works on you is not going to work on me. And the cherry on top -- when I ask to try it on she hands me her brush LOL. Long story short, I didn't buy any bronzer there. Went to MAC and bought some there.
