Drove to Ann arbor store since Toledo store closed. Never had an issue using card before, after driving an hour each direction, my purchase went to fraud department, and never got resolved, between clerk and fraud dept. They hung up and i was told i couldn't make my purchase. No one from fraud department ever even spoke with me. No wonder sears is shutting down kmarts and sears stores everywhere. I do not blame the clerk what's so ever.
