  Rochman Design-Build built a major addition onto our house in 2014-15. It was space designed for an elderly parent that could later become a first floor master suite and family room. Our goals and desires for the design were carefully listened to and the final result is spectacular. Our site presented many challenges, as it sits on the edge of a ravine, and there was little level space available, either for access by earth-moving equipment, or for storage of materials. That required a great deal of creativity on the part of the foundation crew and our lead carpenter. Communication, so important to us, was consistent throughout the project. We knew what was going to happen every week and we were kept current on costs as the project moved forward. The high quality of the work and attention to detail was apparent throughout the project. We felt that everyone in the company was interested in making sure that the project came together well and in doing the best possible job. RDB was also very considerate of our neighbors throughout the project; we have received many compliments about the design and how well it fits into the neighborhood. We are very pleased with our new addition and would happily work with RDB again!
