  I did not spend much time here. I went to the grocery store located in this shopping center, once. The parking lot was littered with trash and abandoned food. Carts were strewn about. The only store I visited was the grocery store, where I was hit on by an employee while attempting to purchase lettuce. I was not standing there naked, so it was a bit unprofessional. Oak Valley Center did not seem terribly busy, so aside from dodging the litter, parking was a breeze. It's a university town and I visited during the summer, things may be better kept when they're better staffed and have more business.
