  Have purchased many items here for my wife. Love the products and my wife uses them every day but one of her wallet/clutches that I got here had a clasp break. We brought this in early in April to get fixed and they quoted 10 days at the most. When we checked back in with them on day 10 they told us they were still waiting to hear back from wherever they shipped it to get it fixed and it was checked in on April 8th and shouldn't take much longer. It is now may 16th and we are still waiting to "hear back" about what part will need replaced and what the cost would be. When checking the item in to be sent out one of the employees said this happens to this particular style of wallet sometimes and is an easy fix. We love the products and will continue to purchase from Michael kors, but this has left a somewhat sour taste in our mouth. Other than this experience the others have been quite pleasant which is why I'm rating a 3.
