  I bought an Armani Jacket for my brother at a different Macys for christmas and I am a student at Umich so I hadn't been home in a while and I didnt realize that my brother had lost soo much weight, so I decided to return it because it wasn't the correct size so I went to this Macys with the receipt and everything and their so-called "manager" accused me of wearing the jacket. How could you talk to your customers like that? You can clearly see that I wouldn't be able to wear a large! Don't go to this place unless you want to get disrespected and humiliated. No wonder people use Amazon for everything nowadays. I ended up returning the jacket and getting a different size at the Macys in Shelby township.

  Just got my makeup done my Mercedes at the MAC counter and I am very pleased with the results. Mercedes was very polite, knowledgeable and gave me great customer service.
