  Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I spent over $2,700 on appliances, to be delivered all on one day, on a weekend, during which i was not working. The salesperson who reluctantly, rudely "helped" me order them to begin with, forgot to order one of my appliances, causing it not to show up on the same day as everything else. When I called him, he just brushed me off, without apologizing and blamed someone else. Just about every person I talked to did not care, was not apologetic and didn't seem to really care about taking care of their mistake. Even the manager I talked to didn't really care about trying to work with me. I am so disappointed in this experience, I will never use their delivery program again and I would never recommend anyone to do so.
