  I have been to L'occitane boutique several times and I really love it, but I was very disappointed about this store because the representative seems very unprofessional. First of all, when I tried the foot cream, the representative didn't introduce the product to me; instead, she was doing other stuff at the counter. When I checked out, she didn't ask me if I want the receipt in the bag or not. Actually, she asked me if I need a bag (for security reasons, I MUST have a bag). In the end, she didn't give me any samples, which I had in other stores every time. I love L'occitane product, but I was surprised about their services at this store and I guess I will try shop elsewhere other than this place,
