  Odd that the reviews on here are so negative. I have never witnessed anything but friendliness on the part of the staff. They do not run you over pestering you to try to help -- perhaps that is what others are looking for? But always willing to help and friendly. Always find plenty of good items priced fairly. They do tend to have higher quality items that Once Upon a Child or Value World, and so the prices are higher. But I'm usually glad to pay $10 for a pair of kids pants that are gently used (or new with tags still on) from a good manufacturer than $12 retail for pants at Target. Selling is easy - their rules are clear. And they offer to donate any items they don't buy.
