  We've done business with this store for more than 20 years but it had been more than 10 years since our last purchase of Hunter Douglas shades. One of the veins had gone bad and would no longer stay in. I took the bad veins in, they ordered new with an extra or two and when I asked for help installing, Adam took pity on me and came to help after work. A small order, some initial missed communications but in the end a more than satisfactory experience for a very long time customer.

  For 30 years, in three different homes, Creative Windows has been our wonderful, professional provider of window treatments. Their service is superb -- best products, consultants, installers and followup. Highly recommend them!
