  If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Terrible customer experience from the middle of the sales process to now when we're trying to square away our refund. We've been working on this for 6 months and the team there is very unprofessional. I'm happy to spend money on quality furniture but some level of customer service needs to be present. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time/money at this location.

  I recently had a warranty issue with a piece of Arhaus furniture. While the corporate customer service individuals were completely useless and non-responsive, Brandon and Clara (at the Ann Arbor location) were absolutely fantastic in dealing with the situation and identifying a solution. We've purchased a number of pieces from Arhaus, and value their excellent quality. Now we can say that their customer service is just as superb.

  I had placed an order for a desk chair at Arhaus Ann Arbor. Due to an inventory system mess up, the chair did not show up and was back ordered. The manager of the store was kind enough to locate a chair for me and had it delivered promptly. Great service and I appreciate the quality of the furniture and the quality of the service.
